Subscription Terms

Premium plans

- Monthly: £6.99 a month. - Yearly: £59.99 a year (save 28% compared with monthly). Prices include VAT. The price is shown before you pay; in other countries Google Play shows the local price.

Where you pay

In the web app, payment is taken by Stripe through RevenueCat Web Billing. In the Android app, payment is taken by Google Play. Premium belongs to your In Your Hands account, so it works wherever you sign in with that account.

Free trial

New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you are charged. One free trial per person.

Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Cancelling

Web: use the link in your receipt email to cancel or update your card. Android app: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then InYourHands, then Cancel. Either way, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds

If something goes wrong with a payment, email support@kwe.life and we'll put it right. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, email us and we'll refund that payment in full. Purchases made through Google Play also follow Google Play's refund policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Price changes

If the price changes we will tell you in advance, and Google Play will ask for your agreement where required.

When Premium ends

Your data stays safe. Premium features such as Household Mode, shared lists and Birthday Reminders become read-only or hidden until you subscribe again.

Your account

Premium needs an account saved with an email, so it can move with you to a new phone.

Household sharing

One Premium subscription covers your whole household. The organiser creates a household and invites up to 5 others with a code; members join free with their own accounts and share the household lists, calendar and tasks. If the organiser's subscription ends, household features pause for everyone and nothing is deleted.
