These terms apply when you use InYourHands, provided by KWE ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them.
Your account
The app creates an account on your phone automatically. You can save it with an email and password to use it on another phone. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
Premium
Some features need a Premium subscription. Prices, the free trial and how to cancel are set out in the Subscription Terms.
Using InYourHands
Please use the app lawfully and kindly. Do not upload anything illegal or harmful, try to access other people's data, or interfere with how the app works. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Your content
Everything you add stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the app to you and the people you choose to share with.
Reminders
Reminders are a helping hand, not a guarantee. Notifications and daily emails can be delayed or blocked by your phone, browser, email provider, network or settings, so please keep your own record of important deadlines such as insurance renewals and MOTs.
Quotes, cards and gifts
Get Quotes and Send a card or gift link to other companies. We do not give financial, insurance or legal advice, and we are not responsible for their products, prices or websites. We may earn a commission when you buy, at no extra cost to you.
Holiday Mode and passports
Trip organisers are responsible for how they use travellers' passport details, which are for check-in only. Travellers choose whether to share them.
Changes and availability
We keep improving InYourHands and may change or remove features. We will tell you in advance about changes that significantly affect Premium.
Our liability
We provide the app with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably foresee or that are caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in Settings.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring claims in your local courts.
